FAQ

DO YOU TAKE MY INSURACE?

Yes! We accept most major insurance plans and many Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs). We are in-network with the following providers:

  • Blue Cross
  • Regence / Blue Shield
  • Select Health
  • United Health Care
  • Aetna
  • St. Luke’s Health Partners
  • PacificSource / Mountain Co-Op

If we are not in-network with your insurance provider, we are happy to provide a Superbill that you can submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

We also accept some EAPs with prior authorization from your employer. Please check with your HR department or EAP provider to confirm eligibility and coverage before your first appointment.

HOW LONG IS THE WAIT TO GET SCHEDULED?

Typically, appointments are available within 1–2 weeks. We are happy to work with you to find a time that fits your schedule and will do our best to accommodate your availability.

HOW LONG DO APPOINTMENTS LAST AND HOW OFTEN WILL I BE SCHEDULED?

Appointments are typically 45 minutes, but this can vary depending on your individual needs and what your therapist feels is most clinically appropriate.

The frequency of your sessions will be determined collaboratively between you and your therapist. Scheduling may be weekly, biweekly, or at another interval based on your goals, progress, and treatment plan.
